Cancellation Policy

Customer booking estimates can be cancelled free of charge up to 3 business days before the scheduled Sivakasi transport vehicle dispatch date. To initiate a cancellation, please notify our customer desk immediately on WhatsApp or email with your Order Reference Number.

Refund Timeline

Approved advance booking cancellations are refunded through the same mode in which the advance was received, within 7 to 10 business days following verification.

Shortage or Damaged Parcels

All shipments undergo rigorous dual-layer water-resistant boxing before dispatch. However, if any parcel is found damaged or short during hub collection, please report it to our support team within 48 hours of parcel pickup along with parcel photos and your Lorry Receipt copy. We will promptly issue a replacement box or refund for the affected items.
