In accordance with the 2018 judgment of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, online direct commercial sale, door-to-door courier delivery, or automated e-commerce payment of fireworks is not facilitated. This website acts exclusively as a price catalog and digital booking estimate requisition tool. All customer estimates are verified and completed offline through authorized Sivakasi transport partners.

2. PESO Licensing & Sourcing

All fireworks, sparklers, and novelties showcased in the Pitha Crackers catalog are sourced exclusively from licensed Sivakasi manufacturers possessing valid explosive licenses granted under the Indian Explosives Act and regulated by the Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation (PESO).

3. Pricing & Wholesale Estimates

All listed rates, discounts, and MRPs represent estimates subject to seasonal factory price revisions until booking confirmation advance is received. Minimum order quantity value is set at ₹3,000 for pan-India consignments.

4. Transport & Hub Delivery

Consignments are transported via state-licensed commercial transport godowns. Customers are responsible for picking up their parcel from their nearest regional town hub/godown upon presenting the Lorry Receipt (LR) tracking docket number.
